Keep the hand moving across the page. Allow yourself privacy between you and a creative energy to connect what you are thinking to the blank page ready to make concrete through the link between the mind and glyphs, symbols, icons, characters, letters, numbers, expression. This trains and conditions your brain to take the inner stimulus and connect/link/union/join the cerebral to the written word, a response to the inner creativity that has a sense of a well filled w/ images/words/pictures/expression. It is a lexical access drill of sorts. Be with your creator-being. Healthily fill the well the way your inner voice tells you. Keep the hand moving. The Artists Way suggests three pages a day. (3 pp./day) Fill the well, over and over til it is a tea cup that will hold no more tea, then pause and drink. Drink in the cool air. Nothingness is alive. Energy is alive. Nothingness is still. Stillness is alive. The creative force is alive. Stillness tells us it is holy. Rest on the page. Be the conduit, the messneger, the court jester who brings the news from the towns he has travelled to bring to the light. Have. Do. Be. N. Goldberg says to keep the hand moving across the page in Wild Mind/Writing Down the Bones. Develop a practice of this meditation and others. Don't just sit there; do nothingness, do waiting for patience, do something, do no-thing, and do keep the hand moving across the page expressing the feeling, thought, move, mood, idea, construct, next right move, right move now, now-ness, be-ingness of activity, sartori from still mind, bardo state coming to form. You are coming to form. Keep the generating mind producing; a product, a service. I cannot do it alone. The forces of creativity can. I let creativity generate wellness.
