Learning is a change in behaviour (Check out Tracy Chapman's "Change"). This week I would like to reroute you to "billibong" decisions; Check out the other pages on the website (w/ a glad and welcomed happiness). There are the week's updates in the photo gallery, added new services, products, stimulating, provoking thoughts manifesting in audio, visual, text/images, paths to the source of creativity, motivation to "put things down " w/ something (not just "think something up." Watch out for atoms; they make up everything.), ... something to show; words, color, sound (say, replace w/ "dialogue"), ... to generate a healing nature of creaivity, w/ something to show for it. An exercise? Try making a list; five ideas, constructs, things to do, action=ppacked widgets, actions, movement, motions, progress, process. Focus on the strengths-based, the things that bring you cerebral pleasure. We are talking about things you are good at, things you do well. Jobs, careers, chores, interests, things you do all the time, things you would not dare, free from ever actually doing it, making it. Explore those. If stuck, try a list of successes, changing thoughts, adding new thoughts, actions, events. That is generating. New, additions, adding on, growing, a vernal, a spring-like feelings of life being present, a "liveliness" in the literal from "the source." Learning is a change of behaviour ... AND thought, the cognitive and mood, the emotive, thoughts/ideas in sequences of events, at many levels. Change however small, however big. And try "doing something differently, make a "difference," Be. Be "different." This is growing. Seek acceptance, bliss, happiness, willing and willingness, the capabilities (You can.) Act! Live it. Next week hopefully we will, we can, we act to be back. (Oh, yes. Be in the moment, event to event!) Trying is winning.
